We do not sell your data. Information may be shared only with authorized team members, government portals, or legal/technical partners where required to complete your request.
Our assistance covers company registration, GST, trademark and IPR support, Startup India, ISO, and MSME-related documentation. Timelines may vary based on document readiness and government approvals.
Service fees are communicated before work begins. Certain assignments may require advance payment. Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges are billed separately wherever applicable.
Invoices are payable as per the agreed milestone schedule. Delayed payments can pause service execution until dues are cleared.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Professional fees for completed work are non-refundable. If work has not started, eligible refunds may be processed after deducting actual administrative costs.
Government or third-party statutory charges are non-refundable.
If you cancel after work initiation, charges for completed portions of work will apply. If we are unable to proceed due to our internal limitations, we will communicate and resolve with an appropriate fee adjustment where applicable.
We provide professional support based on documents and information submitted by clients. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties caused by incorrect data, incomplete submissions, or external authority actions.
